10 health benefits of Nopalea Juice

1. Nopalea helps your body with inflammation. If inflammation is the problem, Nopalea is the solution. Let’s face it, whether you can feel it or not, your body fights inflammation on a daily basis. This is because the human body is constantly under the assault of toxins. These toxins exist in the air we breathe, the food we eat, even the water we drink. And when toxins penetrate the body, inflammation occurs in response. Too much inflammation is dangerous and can lead to debilitating illnesses. Nopalea helps your body reduce this inflammation and helps detoxify your system.

2. Nopalea helps your body relieve pain. Testimonials for Nopalea have been pouring in, and people are raving about this product’s amazing pain-reduction benefits. As Nopalea works to help your body reduce inflammation, it also helps your body relieve the pain associated with swelling.

3. Nopalea offers incredible antioxidant power. Betalains are powerful antioxidants that help to reduce inflammation in the body. There are a total of 24 Betalains in nature that help the body in various ways; each one completes a particular health need by supplying specific structure and function to human cells. A few Betalains can be found in limited vegetables and desert fruit, but the Nopal cactus fruit of the Sonoran Desert is the only fruit to contain all 24 Betalains. Each bottle of Nopalea brims with the health benefits of these Betalains.

4. Nopalea helps your body relieve breathing difficulties. Many breathing difficulties associated with allergies or asthma are the result of inflammation around the bronchial tubes. Nopalea can help your body reduce this inflammation, allowing the bronchial tubes to stay mucus-free.

5. Nopalea juice tastes great. A drink that is great for you oftentimes tastes awful. But Nopalea has an incredibly delicious and unique taste. It’s hard to believe something this tasty is actually great for you.

6. Contains no added sugar. Nopalea is sweetened with a natural form of sugar. It contains Agave nectar, which is 40% sweeter than sugar. This lends a nice honey-like taste and makes this wellness drink ideal for diabetics, or those who are trying to lose weight.

7. It energizes your life. When you get rid of the toxins in your body and you take care of yourself, you begin to feel a sense of energy and vitality coming back into your life. Nopalea can give you a sensational feeling of health and energy as it works to help your body reduce inflammation, detoxify and protect your cells.

8. Nopalea protects against premature aging. There are many things that contribute to premature aging, including excess exposure to the sun, a poor diet, stress and inactivity. The most common contributors, however, are inflammation, muscle and joint pain and poor circulation. Since Nopalea targets inflammation, aids detoxification and optimizes cellular health, it can help slow down the process of premature aging.

9. Exclusivity.
Nopalea – there’s really nothing on the market like it. With the benefits of the Nopal cactus fruit of the Sonoran Desert, no other wellness drink compares to its incredible power and taste.

10. The opportunity. Nopalea brings with it an incredible Share and Earn opportunity that can help you pursue your most desired life purposes. When you share Nopalea, you have the opportunity to spread wellness to others. If others purchase Nopalea, you will enjoy generous financial rewards. Sharing Nopalea can create a steady stream of income for you and your family that can help you reach your short-term or long-term goals.

The fruit of the Nopal cactus is naturally sweet and low in both calories and carbohydrates. Nopalea contains no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. 1 serving (1 fl ounce) contains 2 grams of sugar.

hi violeta,

myself, i enjoy nopalea most when i dilute just an ounce or so into an 8 ounce glass of water since it is pretty concentrated.

if taken this way - i'd think that, if nothing else, all the extra hydration may help you become more regular. plus you get the other nutritional benefits of the nopalea juice.

i haven't experienced or heard of what you're reporting but, as with any nutrient rich food or supplement, everyone can respond differently so you may want to start slowly and then work up to the 3 ounces a day that is suggested.

lastly, nopalea comes with the 60 day satisfaction guarantee from TriVita so, if you find that the product is not agreeable with you for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund less shipping.

Hi....I was wandering will it help with nerve damage? I have constant reacurring ovarian cysts and am on the birth control shot. I understand it detoxifies the body. Will it interfere with the birth control shot? I'm also taking oxycodone for scoliosis and deformed vertebraes. Will it take my pain pills out of my system? I am also wandering if Nopalea will help with all of these symptoms I am having too.

Thank you for your Help.

Hi Sherrie and Tommy,

Nopalea is not FDA approved for the treatment of any specific conditions such as you've listed. However, since Nopalea juice is so rich in beneficial antioxidants (some of which are hard to find in any other food source), it is a great nutritional supplement to anyone's diet. And because the juices in Nopalea have been shown to have anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties, a great many customers report noticeable health benefits as a result.

Plus, Nopalea is covered by the TriVita 60-Day Money Back Guarantee which covers your full purchase price of the product but not shipping ($8 for a bottle or $9 for a case of 4 bottles) or your local sales tax (if applicable).

can nopalea helps with pain the muscles and help to lower cholesterial

Hi Patrice,

Since I am not a health care provider, I read through the Nopalea literature for answers to your questions.

1) Regarding your cholesterol question, I see that "Scientific research shows that betalains help to reduce bad cholesterol - betalains strongly reduce oxidized LDL cholesterol. (Allegra M, Tesoriere L, Livrea MA. Free Radic Res. 2007 Mar;41(3):335-41.)"

If you are not familiar with the Betalains class of antioxidants, "Science has discovered 24 Betalains, each with a different structure and different function. Some vegetables (beets and rainbow chard) contain a few Betalains; some desert plants contain a few more. Only the Nopal cactus of the Sonoran Desert contains all 24 Betalains." (Source: TriVita VitaJournal June 2009)

Nopal cactus fig juice is the first ingredient in Nopalea.

2) Regarding your muscle pain question, TriVta, the company that produces Sonoran Bloom Nopalea, publishes a free health-related magazine called VitaJournal each month. The last two issues have discussed pain - its causes and possible approaches for relief. VitaJournal is sent free to customers and those two issue can be read online at:

VitaJournal April 2010, Pain article - part 1:

http://www.antioxidantnews.com/trivita-vitajournal

VitaJournal May 2010, Pain article - part 2:

I hope this information helps.

Since Nopalea juice is not FDA approved as a treatment for any specific conditions, I am unable to comment on specific health concerns. Scientific research shows, however, that the betalains found in the Nopal cactus fruit (which is the main ingredient in Nopalea) can help the body reduce inflammation, protecting you from a wide variety of disorders.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Nopalea, every order comes with a 60 day money back guarantee.

nopalea Hub Author 7 weeks ago

Cathy, there are no known side effects of Nopalea. Obviously, the product is not for those who may be allergic to the ingredients in Nopalea.

To view the bottle label, visit http://www.antioxidantnews.com/cactus-juice.html

In addition, people who take the blood-thinner warfarin (Coumadin) or are diabetics should consult with their doctor or pharmacist.

In general, however, if a person can eat fruit or drink fruit juice, they can take Nopalea.
